All jobs will be discussed between myself and the client free of charge. Designs will be submitted to the client and a quote will be provided upon approval of the designs. Most work will require an up front payment of at least 50% of the total fee to cover material costs. Full payment will be expected upon completion of work. Total cost of works will be discussed and agreed before work takes place. Maintenance work will be charged at £15 per hour for the first year of business until 01/10/24. After this date the charge will increase to £20 per hour.
